Phase 1
Renovation of listed 50m2 Victorian cottage, conversion into home office, guest suite & wc. Work involved new external doors & windows, services & fitted joinery, redecorating, stripping floors & external landscaping.

Phase 2
Demolition of existing 1970’s rear extension & 190m2 addition of basement double garage, ground floor open plan kitchen, dining & living areas, terrace with koi pond & indigenous planting. Cantilevered concrete stairs run up to first floor master bedroom with terrace, dressing room & master bathroom with private courtyard.

Finishes include white marble & black granite surfaces to the kitchen & bathroom, white duco sprayed joinery, grey porcelain ground floor & terrace & white epoxy floor finish to the first floor.
