The house is constructed of steel & glass over 4 levels & finishes include timber floors & screens, full height sliding glass doors & exposed concrete retaining walls. Covered terraces with external sliding timber shutters create privacy and open up to views of the forest, False Bay and the seasonal stream on the site.
