240m² new-build house in Highbury constructed of in-situ concrete, iroko & glass. The house is orientated south-west towards a private courtyard garden with glass façade maximising sunlight & timber shutters providing sun screening & privacy to first floor bedroom spaces. In-situ concrete walls with small window slots prevent overlooking from neighbours & are used to define the mass of the building. Internal finishes include limestone & timber flooring, exposed concrete walls & cantilevered concrete stair, solid iroko joinery, stainless steel kitchen units, worktops & vanity units, concrete Japanese style bath
